Stephen is growing up quickly. He is full of energy and plays. He is always busy but he takes his time. There are always things to see and discover. Busy while taking time, life should always be like that. We learn a lot from him. Once again, whatever you can do in life, nothing will be worth a child. The consequence is that I am busy and take my time following Stephen. Life never feel so good.
I have also taken important steps toward a more spiritual life. I have decided to think positive no matter the environment and our time is quite challenging for that. While part of the world became turbulent with people expressing anger, it seems that a political crisis starts to take shape three years after the beginning of the economic downturn. I have switched off all sources of information tired by bad news. Westerner are spoiled children.
What this spiritual life looks like ? We brought plants and fishes at home and I am hiking with Bapik almost every weeks. We have a small temple. Meanwhile I am amazed of the strange belief by my Chinese friends that Chinese doctors are Gods and Saints, Chinese soups are magical potion that can heal whatever problems you may encounter. It's a strong case for science !
The lesson of the year: Distrust is hell and never try to guess what you don't know for sure. I wish you all a merry christmas and a happy new year.
